Zeina Mae Nelson, 98, of East Springfield, Ohio, passed away on December 14, 2024. She was born on July 14, 1926, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Willard R. Stone Sr. and Zeina F. Gray Stone. In addition to her parents, Zeina is preceded in death by her husband, Archie R. Nelson; her brothers, Willard Jr., Sherman, Wilmer, and infant brother, George; her sisters, Elsie Call, Emma Jane Riley, and infant sister, Mary Elizabeth Stone.

Zeina was a faithful member of the United Methodist Church of the Cross in East Springfield, Ohio. She was involved in the Administrative Board & Pastor/Parish Relations Community, the Willing Workers Sunday School Class, Senior Choir Member, Past President and Secretary of the East Springfield Homemakers, East Springfield Senior Citizens Entertainment, the Jolly Mixers of Amsterdam, CO-Founder with her husband, "Night Owl Camping Club" of East Springfield, and first President of the chartered by National Hikers & Campers Association.

She is survived by her daughters, Charlene (Jeffrey) Mencer, Marsha (Gregory) Bendle, and Diann (Wes) Stine; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Cheryl) Mencer, Dawn Wheaton, Nicole Bendle, and Jason (Melody) Bendle; her great grandchildren, Haley (Saxon) Wells, Alyssa Mencer, Dom Mencer, Jordan Pinkerton, Brody Wheaton, Savannah Wheaton, and Darin Bendle; and her great great grandchildren, Dayton Cameron, Clayton Cameron, Grayson Wells, and Riley Wells.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 10 A.M. until time of services at 1 P.M. with Pastor Tom Snodgrass officiating. Burial will follow at East Springfield Cemetery.
