Brian “Z-Man” Straka, 60, of Wintersville, OH, passed away May 28, 2018 at Allegheny General, Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born November 1, 1957 in Steubenville, OH, a son of Irma (Fracasso) Straka of Toronto, OH and the late Albert Straka.
Brian was Catholic by faith.
He was an independent long haul truck driver.
Brian was an avid member of Motorcycle Memorial. He was a devoted Pittsburgh sports fan.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his daughter, Katie Straka of Richmond, OH; sons, Brian Straka of Richmond, OH and Landen Spencer of Wintersville, OH; his wife, Cynthia (Rogers) Straka of Richmond, OH; siblings, Fred Straka of Weirton, WV, Valerie (Jim) Barth of Cincinnati, and Karen (Tom) Bart of Georgia; many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 3 PM until time of funeral services at 7 PM with his brother-in-law, Jim Barth officiating.
Private burial will be held on Friday at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
