Carole Jane Brownfield, 76, of Toronto, OH, passed away November 6, 2019 at Acuity Specialty Hospital, Weirton, WV.

She was born March 1, 1943 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late William and Sarah (McLaughlin) Rutledge.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, William "Billy" Rutledge, Carl Rutledge, Daryl Rutledge, and Robert Rutledge.

Carole was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and the owner of All Points Transportation.

She is survived by her son, Douglas (Patricia) Brownfield of Toronto, OH; grandson, Nathan Brownfield of Toronto, OH; nieces, Linda (James) Bouma of Pittsburgh, PA, Joyce (David) Cahill of Pittsburgh, PA, and Marsha (Tim) Burch of NJ.

Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville.

A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:00 PM with Father Timothy Huffman as celebrant.

Burial will follow at Circle Green Cemetery, Bergholz, OH.
