Charles E. Dinger, 89, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away November 16, 2020 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

He was born November 13, 1931 in Annapolis, OH, a son of the late Floyd Dinger and Ada Marie (Schoonover) Dinger Owens.

In addition to her parents he is preceded in death by daughter, Trudy Hale; brothers, Glenn and Carl.

He served his country in the United States Army.

Charles was a Hounds Haven supporter.

He is survived by his son, Robert (Michelle) Dinger; daughters, Robin and Caroline; brother, Darl Dinger of East Springfield; and sister, Marjorie Wade.

Private services have been entrusted to Everhart-Bove Funeral Home.
