Ivy Jean (Smolinski) Carr, 38, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away Tuesday October 9, 2012 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA following a brief illness.

She was born November 16, 1973 in Alpena, Michigan, a daughter of Lloyd Smolinski of Alpena, MI and Penny (Richard "Rick") Call of Richmond, Ohio.

Ivy is preceded in death by the father of her sons, Dylan and Zachery Smolinski, Stanley Battista; and her niece, Natalie Smolinski.

Ivy was a member of the Wintersville Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her parents and step father, she is survived by her sons, Dylan and Zachery Smolinski of Richmond; daughter, Emily Carr of Richmond; sister, Kelly Smolinski of Richmond; brother, Dustin (Kim) Call of Wintersville; and her husband James Carr of Wintersville.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton, Rd., Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Kelly Green officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
