Jacqueline Clark-Haynes Obituary

Jacqueline Rose Clark- Haynes, 94, Steubenville, Ohio passed away January 28, 2021 at her home. She was born April 5, 1926 in Unionport, Ohio, a daughter of the late Leonard Marshall and Margaret (Potts) Kemp.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dean Thomas Clark, second husband, Edward Haynes; brothers, Marshall Kemp, Bruce Kemp, and Boyd Kemp and sister, Lois Dye. Jacqueline was an Election Board worker for 32 years, a member of the Red Hat Society, Powder Puff Card Club, Gad Abouts, New Beginnings, Ancient Order of Hibernians, and a surrogate grandmother for 18 doctors and nurses. She was a member of First Westminster Presbyterian Church.

 

Jacqueline is survived by her sons Marshall (Linda) Clark of Scio and Mark (Keum Yon) Clark of Steubenville; daughter, Shauna McCoy of Steubenville; step-Sons, Larry and Bruce Haynes; step-daughters Rebecca (David) Merlin and Belinda Haynes; grandchildren, Sean Clark, Jeremy Clark, and Joshua (Shelly) Clark, Ryan (Courtney) Clancey, Cary (Millie) Clancey, Kelly (Brandon) Monigold and Joelle McCoy; great-grandchildren, Gunnar Brettell, Alex Clancey, Ava Bane, Sabrina Monigold, Audrey Clark, Nash Clancey and step-grandchild, Alden Barnhart.

Private family services will be held at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville. Private burial at Unionport cemetery.
