Kenneth Cline Obituary

Kenneth Lester Cline 59 of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away June 28, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

He was born August 20, 1961 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late H. Lester and Juanita (Leas) Cline. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant sister.

He was a graduate of Wintersville High and Jefferson County JVS. He was truck driver for 37 plus years. He was employed at Damian Kovarik Excavating and Hauling where he felt like family.

He was a hardworking, caring man who loved his family and helping those in need. Those that knew him experienced his orneriness and off the wall sense of humor.

Ken was a member of Unionport Christian Church. He also held membership in various organizations including Unionport Masonic Lodge F&AM #333, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #360, Steubenville Shrine Club- Aladdin Shriners, Shrine Motor Patrol where he served as President, and Royal Arch Masons.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Hawkins) Cline, three children, Stephanie Cline, Marie (Joshua) Everhart, and Kenneth (Sarah) Cline, Jr.; four sisters, Jean Furgerson, Connie (Chuck) Crawford, C. Kay Firm, and Barb (Kevin) Higgins; five grandchildren, Owen “OP”, Tina “Midget”, Kenna “KD”, Ezra “Elmo”, and Vada “Taz”; many fur grandbabies including Auggie and Ellie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Steubenville Shrine Club Motor Patrol Unit, P.O. Box 2165, Winterville, OH 43953.

Per Ken’s wish the family will be hosting a celebration of his life on August 21, 2021 at Aladdin Land.
