Obituary
Michael W. Dubetz, 68, of East Springfield, Ohio passed away July 26, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 23, 1955 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Mike and Anna (Gubanez) Dubetz. In addition to his parents he was preceded by special friend, Edwin Williamson who was an inspiration to Mike.
Mike worked for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel as a rigger/iron worker for 40 years. He attended East Springfield Church of the Cross where he helped out with the food pantry and was also a former trustee. Mike is survived by his loving wife, Donna (Miller) Dubetz; two daughters that he had an endless love for, Jennifer and Krystyna; a sister that was with him every step of the way, Carol Slates; best friend since first grade, Jim Gregor and best friend, Jerry Work, that he met through the church. Last, but not least, he is survived by his dog that he took everywhere with him, Snoopy.
